Senior Data Scientist (Aİ,LLM)

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models, including Deep Learning architectures (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers) and advanced statistical models.

• Architect and implement robust MLOps pipelines ensuring scalability, reliability, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools like GitHub Actions, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS ECR.

• Drive the research and application of cutting-edge techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and agentic AI patterns to solve complex Fintech problems.

• Design and optimize model serving solutions for high-throughput, low-latency environments using frameworks like Triton Inference Server, Ray Serve, vLLM, or FastAPI.

• Oversee and contribute to rigorous experiment tracking and versioning using platforms such as MLflow, AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow, or ClearML.

• Design and manage online/offline feature stores (e.g., Redis, Elasticsearch, Hopsworks, Feast, BigQuery) and vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Milvus) for efficient model training and inference.

• Champion Model-Centric AI Principles (MCP) and MLOps best practices within the team and wider organization.

• Mentor junior and middle-level data scientists, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and make key architectural decisions.

• Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for new technologies and methodologies.

• Ensure models are robust, fair, and interpretable, adhering to regulatory requirements in the Fintech space.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.

• Expert proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-Learn).

• Strong expertise in SQL and experience with various database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, BigQuery).

• Deep understanding and practical experience with MLOps tools and methodologies, including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes e.g., EKS, ECS), and CI/CD.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying LLMs, RAG systems, and an understanding of agentic AI patterns

• Expertise with model serving technologies and feature store design.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Apache Flink.

• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
