Sales Project Manager
We are seeking a Sales Project Manager to join our dynamic Partners & Distribution team.
In this role, you will focus on enhancing the efficiency of our sales teams. You’ll help build and improve tools that empower sales agents, streamline operations, and accelerate the growth of our partner network. This is an exciting opportunity to drive performance and operational initiatives within a fast-growing fintech startup.
The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze big data sets and test hypotheses based on the insights to boost sales team performance
Optimize existing processes and challenge the status quo across various areas: partner acquisition and management, sales planning, L&D activities, and network optimization
Set ambitious goals and KPIs, update motivation systems of the sales team
Lead the creation of technology and AI-enabled platforms boosting performance through automated, faster and more accurate decisions
Improve sales team internal products to avoid inefficiencies and make the whole process transparent, digitized, and optimal
What we expect from candidate
2+ years of experience in operations, product management, data analytics, and/or strategy consulting, including:
Leading cross-functional projects on product/process/system creation/optimization
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks visualization tools, Python libraries)
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related field is a plus
Skillset necessary for an efficient team player: data-driven, expectations management, requirements gatherin
