An international payment service provider, expanding rapidly in niche high-risk sectors, is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to strengthen our commercial team. Our operations span across Europe, with headquarters in Warsaw, while the team works entirely online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead acquisition and growth initiatives in the Adult and other high-risk industries.

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert potential merchants within the EU, focusing on tailored PSP solutions.

  • Develop strong, lasting partnerships with high-risk businesses.

  • Act as the company’s representative at professional conferences, expos, and networking events.

  • Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for merchants.

📌Profile We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in payment processing, specifically within high-risk markets.

  • In-depth familiarity with European compliance frameworks and regional business practices.

  • Fluency in English and Russian; Polish proficiency is an advantage.

  • Legal right to work within the EU.

  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for industry events and client visits.

  • Strong deal-making ability, consultative sales skills, and a solid grasp of payment flows and merchant needs.
