Sales Manager (Crypto)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting high-risk verticals requiring advanced crypto payment solutions.
Identify, qualify, and close deals with businesses seeking crypto processing, settlement, and risk-tolerant payment infrastructure.
Build a strong pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and onboarding.
Present product demos and prepare commercial proposals tailored to complex client requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting high-risk sectors.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B sales within crypto payments or high-risk finance.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals in challenging high-risk verticals.
Strong understanding of crypto payments, stablecoins, and merchant settlement processes.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks affecting high-risk industries.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
Fluent English; additional languages are a strong plus.
