Sales Manager (B2B / Subscription Sales) at Crouton Digital

▪️Responsibilities:

▫️ Drive B2B subscription sales for our RPC services and infrastructure stack.

▫️ Own the full sales cycle: from outbound outreach (LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Email) to closing.

▫️ Conduct product demos, handle technical objections, and present the value of our infra.

▫️ Manage and optimize the sales funnel/CRM with consistent follow-ups.

▫️ Partner with the Founder and Marketing to refine value propositions and pricing models.

▫️ Quickly transition into an active sales phase to meet growth targets.

▪️Requirements:

▫️ Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales within SaaS, Web3, or IT infrastructure (knowledge of RPC/API is a massive plus).

▫️ Outbound Pro: Expert at cold outreach and building relationships from scratch (not just waiting for inbound).

▫️ Technical Fluency: Ability to sell through value and technical benefits rather than "hard selling."

▫️ Languages: Fluent English (B2+ / C1) for high-level negotiations and calls with international leads.

▫️ Mindset: Self-driven, organized, and ready to scale into a Head of Sales / Commercial Lead role.

▫️ Compensation: Competitive Base + aggressive % of sales/commissions (discussed individually).
