QA Engineer (Automation)

We're now looking for a driven and self-motivated QA Engineer (manual + automation) to join Technical team of our DSP.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain automated test suites (API, integration, end-to-end).
2. Perform manual exploratory testing for complex and high-risk areas.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
4. Proactively identify edge cases and potential regressions in large-scale data pipelines and real-time bidding flows.
5. Participate in release readiness reviews, providing sign-offs based on test results and QA metrics.
6. Help drive QA best practices, tools, and process improvements across the team.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
2. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
3. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Postman/Newman).
4. Proficient in testing RESTful APIs, backend services, and data validation.
5. Experience with SQL and working with large datasets (e.g. Postgres, Clickhouse).
6. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
7. Ability to work in fast-paced, agile product teams and handle multiple priorities.
8. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
9. Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

Nice to Have

1. Experience in AdTech, especially DSPs, RTB, or campaign management systems.
2. Knowledge of programmatic advertising concepts (CPM, CTR, ROAS, frequency caps, etc.).
3. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, k6, or Locust.
4. Understanding of Kafka, C
