Responsibilities:

• Functional testing of new AI Assist features, as well as refinements to existing ones;

• Defect validation;

• Analyzing AI and Core game mechanics;

• Developing and updating test documentation aimed at ensuring game quality;

• Quality control of the game project;

• Playtests and feedback on the performance of updated mechanics;

• Working closely with the development team and game designers to analyze the performance of features, localize and reproduce defects;

• Collaborating with QA teams, organizing and working on cross-team feature testing;

• Improving testing strategies and developing functional testing best practices;

• Creating clear and detailed defect reports and communicating with the development team and stakeholders;

• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks;

• Keeping up-to-date on new testing tools and strategies.

Skills and requirements:

• QA Engineer experience of 5 years or more;

• Experience in game dev at the position of Senior QA from 2 years;

• Passion for football and football simulations;

• Knowledge of test design techniques and their applicability;

• Experience in testing across all phases of development and adjusting the testing process according to the needs and current stage of project development;

• Experience with defect and test management systems (Jira, Testrail);

• Proactivity and initiative;

• Systematic approach to problem solving;

• Excellent communication skills and team player mindset;

• Good understanding of the game development process.
