Ensure seamless CI/CD integration and environment provisioning for automated testing.
Strategy & Process Leadership
Define and implement a scalable automation strategy across multiple teams and projects.
Establish KPIs and governance for automation coverage and efficiency.
Drive “shift-left” quality initiatives, embedding automation early in the SDLC.
Lead POCs for new automation tools and approaches; make strategic recommendations.
Align automation roadmap with organizational quality and business objectives.
Technical Delivery & Mentorship
Design and implement modular, scalable frameworks in Python.
Manage test data, reporting integration, and analytics tooling.
Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote best practices.
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to close test gaps and ensure system reliability.
Governance & Reporting
Define and track automation metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis.
Maintain documentation on architecture, frameworks, and reusable libraries.
Ensure alignment with enterprise QA governance principles.

7+ years in QA, including 4+ years in automation and 2+ years in architecture or lead roles.
Strong Python skills; hands-on experience with Playwright (Selenium acceptable).
Proven expertise in designing and scaling UI/API automation frameworks.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and Git workflows.
Working knowledge of SQL (MSSQL preferred) for validation and orchestration.
Experience with integration and regression testing in complex systems.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Background in banking or financial services (credit cards, payments, or core banking) is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience with Temenos Transact or similar core banking systems.
Familiarity with Robot Framework, Azure DevOps Test Plans, and pipeline automation.
