Project Manager (Reusable Identity)
We scaling fast across multiple domains, and we’re now looking for a Project Manager who can confidently run several complex projects in parallel and keep everything moving forward.
You’ll be working with two of our fastest-growing and most strategic products: Reusable Identity and Fraud Prevention. Both directions are evolving quickly, technically complex, and deeply integrated with other parts of the platform, which makes strong project coordination absolutely critical.
What You Will Be Doing:
Owning and driving multiple projects simultaneously within the product organization.
Managing project portfolios across two rapidly growing product areas.
Balancing requirements, priorities, and timelines across several Product Owners and stakeholder groups.
Shaping, maintaining, and synchronizing roadmaps and release plans across parallel initiatives.
Working closely with development, QA, analytics, and product teams to deliver end-to-end results.
Monitoring team workload, balancing capacity across projects.
Turning customer feedback, operational insights, and support data into clear project actions.
Proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving cross-project dependencies and risks.
Ensuring transparency, alignment, and predictability across all active projects.
About You:
3+ years of experience managing IT projects, ideally multiple projects at the same time.
Proven track record in managing high-complexity projects with multiple system dependencies, including conducting impact analysis for cross-platform changes, designing internal/external API logic, and coordinating multi-team delivery for large-scale infrastructure updates.
Proven ability to handle parallel streams of work without losing focus or control.
Experience working with technically complex products (FinTech, compliance, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring are strong pluses).
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in navigating competing priorities.
Solid experience with dependency and risk management across teams and initiatives.
A practical agile mindset: keeping delivery under control without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Confidence with roadmaps, release planning, and clear, structured communication.
Proficiency in English.
Extra points if you:
Have a technical background or hands-on experience in highly interconnected systems.
Have worked with fast-scaling products where priorities shift frequently.
Bring experience from FinTech, compliance, fraud, or risk-related domains.
Are comfortable working with distributed and international teams.
What We Offer:
Remote-first, trust-based culture. Work from the place that works best for you. No mandatory office days, no attendance trackers.
True flexibility. We do not fix you to a 9-to-5 schedule. You can adjust your working hours when needed, as long as your day stays productive and in sync with the team.
Extra time off. Your birthday is a holiday here. Add to that 10 personal days each year, seven sick days without paperwork, and extra time to enjoy Christmas and New Year.
Work that matters. Our mission is to build a digital world that is secure, accessible and inclusive for everyone.
Compensation. We offer fair and transparent pay, benchmarked to the market.
Truly global. We work across continents and time zones, with teammates and customers from all over the world.
Growth built in. Clear goals, open feedback and personal development plans.
Team offsites. Sometimes just Slack is not enough. That is why we meet in person a few times a year.
Getting you set up. We make sure you have access to the tools and hardware you need to do your work well.
Friendly by design. Our logo is a dog for a reason. We keep things human, open and kind.
