Project Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:
● Manage multiple projects in parallel
● Plan and coordinate tasks across development, product, and design teams
● Facilitate SCRUM meetings: planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives
● Track deadlines, task quality, and priority alignment
● Guide sprint progress, identify blockers, escalate risks when needed
● Work in task tracking systems (YouTrack)
● Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation
● Communicate with stakeholders and internal customers
● Translate business requirements into technical tasks

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or digital
● Hands-on experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
● Excellent communication and self-management skills
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
● Proficiency with task tracking tools and documentation
● Russian fluent + English level: B2 or higher (both written and spoken)

Nice to Have:
● Experience with AdTech, Web3, or digital advertising products
