Project Manager (Musescore)

We are looking for a Project Manager who will take full ownership of end-to-end delivery across product and engineering initiatives, ensuring predictable, high-quality execution aligned with product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects and epics, ensuring predictable and on-time execution aligned with product strategy.

• Plan and manage delivery, including roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and release cycles (web and app).

• Track delivery performance and ensure delivery targets are met, monitoring key metrics (such as cycle time, lead time, and predictability).

• Maintain a high-quality backlog and drive execution: translate product goals into clear tasks, prioritize work, and run sprint planning.

• Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource planning.

• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers, facilitating trade-offs with the dev team.

• Communicate and align with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (SEO, royalty, support, design system, etc); facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.

• Manage cross-project coordination across multiple teams and initiatives, ensuring alignment of priorities, dependencies, and resources.

• Run and continuously improve team processes, rituals, and ways of working, ensuring consistency and efficiency (planning, standups, retros, demos, and others).

• Drive process improvements to increase team performance, including the adoption of AI tools and automation where applicable.

• Ensure all projects are executed according to company standards, workflows, and tooling (Jira/Confluence/AI tools/etc.)

• Maintain transparency through clear documentation and structured reporting on progress, risks, and delivery status.

Required experience

• Minimum 3+ years of PM experience in product/tech teams

• Strong planning and execution skills: delivering projects on time with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria

• Ability to manage multiple projects, dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination

• Strong prioritization and decision-making under uncertainty, the ability to manage trade-offs

• Jira/Confluence proficiency, understanding of Agile and dev processes.

• Data-driven mindset: tracking delivery metrics (cycle time) and driving improvements

• Practical use of AI tools to improve workflows and team efficiency

• Excellent communication skills (English upper-intermediate+)

• High ownership, proactivity, and focus on delivery outcomes
