Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to support execution across the marketing department.

This role is centered around keeping projects moving, coordinating cross-functional marketing tasks, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and AI-powered workflows to manage campaign planning, PR communications, production coordination, and operational follow-through across multiple brands.

We are looking for someone with strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage parallel tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to marketing execution.

Responsibilities

  • PR communications. Handle incoming requests from PR contractors thoughtfully — what is publishable vs not, what context matters. Draft considered responses, not transparent forwarding.

  • Campaign planning documents. Produce comprehensive campaign plans (e.g., for Mountly) using Claude / AI tools. Iterate until the document accounts for everything. CMO reviews and comments — does not write.

  • Meeting follow-through. Capture and synthesize action items from team meetings (who promised what to whom), distributes, follows up on AIs >48h overdue. Help other team members with the same.

  • Design & print production. Order designs for flyers and print collateral; coordinates with designers; tracks production through suppliers (Latvia, France, mountain regions, etc.). Own the loop from brief to delivery.

  • Always-on availability. Pick up tasks across the marketing department when the CMO is deep in a big project, so things do not fall through the cracks. Department-level operational coverage.

Nice to have

  • Landing pages with AI. If you are AI-native and can assemble landings using AI tools (Claude Artifacts, Lovable, v0, Framer AI, etc.) — strong bonus, not required.


Requirements

Hard skills

  • Digital marketing background (in-house or agency marketing coordinator level acceptable).

  • AI workflow fluency: uses Claude / ChatGPT daily for drafts, document production, summaries.

  • Task management tool (Asana or equivalent) — projects, dependencies, automations.

  • Vendor coordination — has managed designers, print suppliers, freelancers.

  • Functional copy editing in English and Russian.

  • Fluent English proficiency (C1 level).

  • Russian proficiency at least at a strong working level, sufficient for handling PR activities and internal communications.

Soft skills

  • Ability to work independently— does not just forward requests, finds solutions,

  • Ownership: chases tasks to completion without prompting.

  • Detail orientation, follow-through.

  • Calm under pressure across parallel tasks.

  • Claude / ChatGPT (daily usage);

  • Google Workspace;

  • Figma (read/comment level).
