Project Manager

We are confidently growing every by X2 per year and successfully mastering it in different formats (as of the last - VR), implementing solutions based on ML algorithms, and developing experimental directions.

Responsibilities

• Execution of Discovery features development, including recommendation algorithms, general navigation, search functionalities and categorization.

• Partnership with development, design, data science, SEO, and brand marketing teams to ideate, develop, and launch product improvements.

• Execution of user research, market analysis, and feedback synthesis to inform product decisions.

• Planning and analysis of A/B test results to validate product hypotheses and assess impact on key performance metrics.

• Engagement with machine learning teams to integrate and optimize recommendation systems for enhanced content discovery.

• Contribution to UX/UI quality assurance, including design critique, usability testing, user behavior evaluation, and feature design support.

• Monitoring of area performance through deep-dive analytics and delivery of insights for ongoing optimization.

• Ownership of quarterly backlog prioritization, including grooming and coordination of feature and bug resolution pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with the metrics responsibility.

• Hands-on experience in creating new features based on user research and data in streaming, dating, marketplaces, or classifieds, where discovery and engagement are essential.

• Product Analytics and Experimentation: Practical experience with systematic A/B testing, including hypothesis formulation, implementation, and results evaluation. Proficiency in statistical analysis methods (p-values, confidence intervals, statistical power, etc.).

• Working with ML Products: Experience with products that include recommendation systems is critical.

• UX and UI Expertise: Strong understanding of user behavior, with experience in designing and evaluating mobile/desktop UI/UX.
