Product Owner

Work format: full time, total remote, not from Russia/Belarus.

Looking for a strong Product Owner - team leader and trusted partner to the customer

Requirements:

1. Experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner/Analyst
2. Experience interacting with international clients
3. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, or a willingness to learn
4. Conversational and written English and Russian
5. Practical familiarity with the OKR goal-setting approach
6. Emotional intelligence
7. Negotiation skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certified in Agile techniques PSPO II, ICP-EPO, IIBA-CCBA, PMI-PBA

Responsibilities:

1. Everyone affected by the product implementation is involved in its creation, and their interests/needs are taken into account.
2. The product achieves its goals based on the success criteria defined by stakeholders and sponsors.
3. The product solves real problems in the way defined by those who have the problems.
4. The product fits within the time frame, budget, and other constraints.
5. The project team has complete, correct, understandable, consistent, traceable, and changeable requirements.
6. The project has boundaries set with goals and constraints in mind.
7. -Stakeholder expectations are consistent with project goals, agreed upon, adequate to existing constraints, and relevant at all times.
