We work with aviation companies across the world including New York JFKIAT, Toronto Pearson, United Airlines, British Airways, London Heathrow and more.

Responsibilities

  • Own backlog and roadmap for the real-time resource management system with the planning of stands and gate allocation as the primary use case.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and airport operations teams to understand allocation challenges, regulatory requirements, and efficiency goals.

  • Translate operational needs and requirements into prioritised product backlogs, user stories, and comprehensive technical development tickets.

  • Define success metrics and track performance improvements (e.g., reduced delays, improved gate utilisation).

  • Lead the product development process of the product to ensure the highest quality of the product. Includes holding manual acceptance testing according to the acceptance criteria.

  • Manage agile/scrum retrospectives and continuous collaboration with the customers on developing and improving the product.

  • Collaborate with internal and external software development teams in order to realize the roadmap and ensure the highest quality of product delivered.

  • Manage initial / first implementation with our launch customer (one of the biggest airlines in the world).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management/ownership experience in B2B SAAS company. Ideally in products connected to aviation or logistics.

  • Prior knowledge in airport operations, gate/stand planning, and/or resource allocation systems.

  • Experience in building and successfully launching new products from the ground up.

  • Experience in working with Launch customers on the product definition, development, and testing in operational requirements.

  • Proven track record of managing products with optimisation or scheduling algorithms.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

  • Ability to define and track operational KPIs.

  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
