Product Manager (Time Deposit)

We are expanding our Save product stream within the Deposit team, responsible for building and scaling savings products for our customers.

Today, our portfolio includes time deposits, and we are actively expanding into savings accounts, FX accounts, subscriptions, and other savings products.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will own and develop the Time Deposit portfolio, focusing on product growth, customer experience in digital channels, and continuous improvement of deposit products.

This role sits at the intersection of product development, customer experience, and financial product growth, with a direct impact on portfolio performance and user engagement.

This role is based in Manila — we provide full relocation support and are also open to discussing a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development
• Own and develop the Time Deposit product portfolio
• Maintain and evolve tariff structures, including rates, conditions, and product configurations
• Identify opportunities to improve existing products and launch new features

Customer Experience
• Improve the end-to-end deposit experience across digital channels, including mobile
• Develop and enhance key features: early withdrawal, automatic renewal, closing empty deposits, replenishable deposits
• Ensure deposit products are simple, transparent, and easy to manage

Portfolio Growth
• Drive growth of the deposit portfolio
• Design and launch initiatives to:
• encourage repeat deposits from existing customers
• reactivate dormant users
• increase overall engagement with deposit products

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and finance teams
• Align product decisions with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery

What We Expect from the Candidate

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in fintech, banking, or digital financial products

• Strong understanding of customer-facing digital products

• Experience working with product metrics and growth initiatives

• Ability to translate business goals into clear product features and roadmap

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data
