Product Manager (Swaps)

As the Product Manager for Swaps, your goal is to make crypto-to-crypto swaps effortless, reliable, and profitable for end users and our ecosystem partners. You will be responsible for building a product that connects deep liquidity with great UX, balancing margin management with regulatory and operational constraints. You’ll also lead initiatives to embed the swap product across Mercuryo’s partner ecosystem, optimize for conversions, and explore token incentives, routing strategies, and growth levers.

You will work closely with our compliance, design, engineering, BD, and growth teams to ensure that the swap experience is not only seamless and fast, but also deeply integrated into the user journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the vision and roadmap for the Swaps product across web, mobile, and API integrations.
2. Define the right metrics to measure performance, including margin, conversion, speed, and reliability.
3. Balance liquidity aggregation and routing strategies with compliance and business logic.
4. Work on pricing and monetization strategies.
5. Collaborate with strategic partners to integrate Swaps as a core feature and revenue stream.
6. Own relationships with the most valuable partner.
7. Run experiments and growth models to improve performance across user segments.
8. Ensure world-class user experience, especially in terms of clarity, speed, and transparency.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or crypto, ideally with a background in exchange, swaps, DeFi, or payment routing.
2. A strong understanding of how liquidity, slippage, and spread impact user experience and business margins.
3. Solid technical literacy — able to work closely with engineers on architecture and routing logic.
4. Experience working with partners and APIs to integrate or scale products across ecosystems.
5. Deep interest in crypto economics, token incentives, and smart contract interactions is a plus.
6. Familiarity with regulatory environments related to swapping, custody, and KYC/AML flows.
