Product Manager Mobile App (User Hub)
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Salmon Mobile App team.
Own and lead the User Hub stream — a cross-functional team delivering customer-facing experiences around login, profile, self-service, chat (in close collaboration with the Customer Service team), and notifications.
You’ll be responsible for driving the vision, delivery, and continuous improvement of these experiences — helping users securely manage their accounts and get help when they need it.
While we are open to exceptional remote candidates, strong preference will be given to those willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines.
We provide full relocation support, assistance with housing, and everything needed to ensure a smooth and comfortable move.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the User Hub stream — a cross-functional team delivering customer-facing experiences around login, profile, self-service, chat (in close collaboration with the Customer Service team), and notifications.
Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your domain, ensuring alignment with overall product and business goals.
Drive discovery and delivery in collaboration with UX/UI, Customer Service, Product Owners, Engineers, and external partners — from early research to launch and iteration.
Reimagine and improve how notifications are used to inform, engage, and guide users.
Translate product ideas into clear business and technical requirements — including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) — for mobile, backend, and support teams.
Design and optimize internal processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to evaluate impact and continuously improve user journeys.
What we expect from candidate
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or System Analyst in a consumer-facing digital product environment.
Strong experience working with mobile applications, owning the full feature lifecycle — from discovery and scoping to launch, iteration, and improvement based on data and user feedback.
Proven decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, define clear scopes, and justify decisions to stakeholders.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills — able to align engineers, legal, compliance, and business teams.
Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with a growth mindset.
Familiarity with APIs, UML/BPMN, mobile analytics, and system logs (e.g., Splunk, Graylog).
