Product Manager (KYB Automation )
We are looking for a skillful Automation Product Manager to drive automation and feature development for KYB onboarding (AI-powered corporate documents review, control and ownership structure check, cross-checks).
What You Will Be Doing:
Developing and enhancing automation features for KYB onboarding.
Exploring and implementing LLM, and AI/ML solutions to optimize processes.
Defining and prioritizing product initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Working closely with engineering, analytics and compliance teams to drive innovations in automation.
Validating hypotheses which help improve quality and performance metrics.
Monitoring key quality and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
About You:
2+ years of experience in a technical product management or related role with a focus on KYC/KYB, compliance, fintech, or digital identity products.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management and technical project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Proven experience in working closely with development teams; ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
Ability to write basic SQL queries for analytics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and proactively seek weak point to offer solutions.
Fluency in English.
Nice to have:
Technical background and understanding of development principles
Skill of LLM prompt engineering, and AI agents prototyping.
Ability to write simple scripts in any programming language to test hypotheses during the prototyping stage
