Product manager

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to drive the growth of ZiMAD’s mobile games.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the product and project, monitor and track key product metrics
2. Create and prioritize the product backlog
3. Break down requirements and participate in task estimation
4. Plan development cycles
5. Oversee all stages of the development process
6. Prepare and release builds on Google Play, App Store, Microsoft Store, Amazon, and other platforms
7. Monitor product metrics and collaborate with analytics teams
8. Implement transparent Agile workflows
9. Facilitate team meetings
10. Conduct performance reviews

Qualifications:

1. Experience as a Product Manager / Producer / Lead (or Senior) Game Designer or in a similar role with hands-on involvement in a game product and its metrics
2. Genuine interest in game development from a business perspective
3. Experience with project management systems (Atlassian products are a plus)
4. Experience working with Git
5. Technical background
6. Understanding of continuous integration

Will be a plus:

1. Experience in testing and/or development
2. Passion for mobile gaming—you’ve played a variety of games and have experience with in-app purchases or subscriptions
