Product Manager (Delivery)

We're looking for a Product Manager to join delivery team and lead the core of our courier (ambassador) service. Our ambassadors are not just couriers — they’re true guides to Plata’s products! You’ll track key metrics, communicate with stakeholders, and come up with new features to improve delivery efficiency and boost sales

Challenges that await you:

• Define and assign tasks for mobile and backend teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of release

• Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders. Maintain effective communication

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product vision and prioritie

• Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to measure success and drive improvements

• Build and maintain dashboards to visualize performance and progress

• Develop and communicate roadmaps, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders

• Actively engage with the development team to ensure product requirements are clear and actionable

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience in writing and managing technical and business requirements

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in cross-team collaboration

• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
