Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of beautiful, clean, and modern interfaces.

• Continuously test the product, identify weak points, and improve user flow.

• Plan and conduct UX tests with users.

• Work in a Scrum-based product team in close collaboration with analysts, developers, product managers, and other designers.

• Help prioritize tasks and ensure that the most critical user needs are addressed first.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating digital products and well-thought-out interfaces.

• A portfolio showcasing strong UI cases (we highly value visual aesthetics and attention to detail).

• Skills in conducting user research and testing.

• Experience working with developers and participating in product testing.

• A product-oriented mindset and the ability to balance aesthetics with usability.

• Experience in FinTech or with high-trust products (such as banking or government services) is a plus.
