We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who will drive the quality and vision of the Getting Paid part of our product. This product area is responsible for integrating billing and payment collection into the firm’s workflow, enabling firms to send invoices, get paid, and track finances in real time.

This role is for a hands-on design leader who can mentor a team, foster strong collaboration with product managers and engineers, and ensure a consistently high level of user experience across a scalable product. Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and team development

• Mentor product designers, provide structured feedback through 1:1s and design reviews, and support individual growth plans (PDP).

• Participate in onboarding new designer.

• Foster a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Support designers in developing product thinking and strategic design approaches.

• Ensure adherence to design system standards (typography, components, tokens, states) and alignment with user expectations.

2. Coordination and Communication

• Align UX priorities across product areas and cross-functional teams

• Communicate status updates, changes, and decisions in a timely manner

• Maintain and improve the design process from discovery to QA with the design team

• Ensure consistency of design decisions across product areas

• Facilitate early decision-making in design to speed up prototyping and reduce costs

3. Strategy and UX Initiatives

• Understand business and product goals and translate them for the design team

• Support the generation and refinement of UX hypotheses

• Help designers evaluate feature value based on metrics and explore UX solutions to improve user experience and key UX metrics

Must-Have Skills

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design, with 3+ experience mentoring and growing design teams

• Strong user-centered design mindset, with experience translating business and product goals into actionable design strategies.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams

• Expertise in design systems, including typography, components, tokens, and states; ensuring consistency across products.

• Experience generating and testing UX hypotheses, analyzing metrics, and iterating on solutions to improve user experience.

• Experience designing modern, user-friendly web interfaces and scalable product solutions.

• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma etc.) and design systems.

• English level: B1+

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with fintech, accounting, or SaaS, CRM platforms

• Familiarity with design systems and Atomic Design methodology

• Skills in interface animation (Figma, Lottie, Protopie)

• Understanding of product/business metrics: MAU, retention, churn, activation
