Product Delivery Manager

We are Dobs.ai - an agentic AI startup operating from San Francisco. We build and deploy AI systems for enterprise (working with Fortune 500 companies) - real production workflows, not prototypes. Our work spans operations, logistics, finance, and automation, typically across multiple client teams (ops, IT, data, product, execs). We’re hiring a hybrid delivery + product + account owner who ensures projects ship on time, generate clear value, and expand into follow-on work.

The Role

You own delivery, client alignment, product outcomes, and account growth for a set of strategic customers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead recurring client touchpoints, keep stakeholders aligned, and build trusted relationships across operators and executives.

• Unblock delivery by chasing data, access, and approvals and keeping scope, timelines, and expectations tight.

• Coordinate closely with engineering/AI teams on sprint planning, execution, and issue resolution.

• Translate business goals into clear requirements, success metrics, and product decisions; ensure shipped features drive real adoption and value.

• Maintain crisp documentation of requirements, decisions, risks, and action items.

• Identify adjacent use cases and surface expansion opportunities; support proposals, pilots, and multi-phase roadmaps.

• Deliver concise status updates and solution-oriented escalations so clients always know where we are and what value has been realized.

What You Bring

• 4–7+ years in Product, Project, CS, Account Management, or Consulting.

• Experience working with enterprise clients and complex stakeholder environments.

• Strong project delivery skills: scope, risk, dependencies, timelines.

• Clear product thinking: convert business context into requirements & KPIs.

• Excellent written/verbal communication and meeting facilitation.

• Comfortable working with technical teams (data, ML/AI, engineering).

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI/automation/data products.

• Prior ownership of high-value enterprise accounts.

• Experience with 0→1 delivery and ambiguous problem spaces.

• Ability to run light analysis (dashboards, metrics, simple SQL).

• Fluent with modern tooling: Linear/Jira, Notion
