Product Analyst
We are expanding into new directions: building B2C and B2B platforms for creators, resellers, and e-commerce ecosystems, enhanced with gamification, loyalty, and engagement mechanics.
We are looking for a Junior/Middle Product Analyst who loves connecting data, business insights, and user behavior to guide strategic decisions and drive product growth. This role is ideal for someone who can see patterns in numbers, tell stories from data, and help shape products for millions of users worldwide. As a Product Analyst at Xsolla, you will be part of a team that bridges creativity, technology, and business. You will help us understand our users, from gamers and creators to resellers and brands, and shape the way we design gamified, data-informed experiences that make digital ecosystems thrive.
Responsibilities
Research existing products, markets, and technologies to understand user needs and identify gaps or opportunities;
Analyze data to uncover user behavior patterns, product bottlenecks, and growth levers;
Gather and structure information, maintain documentation, and ensure insights are understandable and reusable by others;
Integrate findings, document hypotheses, and propose data-backed product improvements;
Support A/B testing, feature performance evaluation, and idea validation.
Requirements
Has a genuine passion for building user-facing products and exploring how they perform with broad, diverse audiences;
Loves technology: understands how REST APIs work, has a grasp of interservice communication, and ideally some background or enthusiasm for gaming;
Is curious and investigative: is able to build a complete picture from partial or hidden information, and translate technical findings into clear business insights;
Can communicate ideas clearly in English, both in writing and verbally, and enjoys using visuals (slides, diagrams, dashboards) to explain complex things simply;
Enjoys mapping and analyzing user journeys across B2B and B2C products to find optimization opportunities and friction points;
Thrives on data: measuring engagement, retention, and core product metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, and churn rate;
Is a team player, comfortable collaborating with humans, computers, and AI alike;
Can effectively work in a multicultural, multilingual team distributed across five continents and multiple time zones.
