Product Analyst (MuseScore)

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to help us scale experimentation, improve decision-making, and drive product and monetization impact across Musescore.com and MuseScore apps. In this role, you’ll work with monetisation metrics and drive revenue of the products every day, design variaty of experiments and improve analytics processes end to end — from hypothesis generation to measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities
Support the team in running a large number of experiments with monetisation metrics by:
generating and researching new ideas
pre-evaluating hypotheses and detailing experiment logic
defining and validating tracking events
formalizing results and guiding next steps
Perform product analysis and build insightful dashboards covering product usage, user behavior, and monetization across MuseScore products
Develop tools and analyses to support prioritization of product initiatives
Build and maintain batch and real-time data pipelines, working with existing data processing frameworks
Deliver scalable, testable, maintainable, and high-quality code
Drive improvements in data quality, monitoring, testing, and tooling
Share knowledge, promote best practices, and support team growth through mentorship and constructive feedback
Build and operate analytical agents — formalize recurring analytical operations into prompts, tools, and evaluations so they can be executed autonomously by an LLM-based agent and verified by humans
Design trigger-based agent systems that watch our data, run analysis on schedule or on event, and surface results to the team for reviewExtend our internal AI/agent infrastructure (Claude / Anthropic SDK / MCP tools / Python) — propose new agents, ship them to production, monitor their quality
Required experience
3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst in growth teams
Experience working with monetisation metrics (Conversion rate, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV etc.)
Strong proficiency in SQL (any dialect; ClickHouse is a plus)
Proficiency in Python, including libraries for statistics, data engineering, and visualization
Solid understanding of mathematics, probability theory, and statistics
Hands-on experience running A/B tests and hypothesis testing
Experience working with BI tools
Experience with ETL tools
Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize insights across complex data ecosystems
Ability to diagnose problems and propose actionable, data-driven solutions
Fluent English (written and spoken), B2 level or higher
Experience with AI tools as a part of workflow, AI-first working style
Hands-on experience building LLM-based agents in production: prompt engineering, tool use / MCP, deployment.
Soft skills
