Presales Specialist

We are looking for a Presales Specialist (Junior / Middle) to support sales activities by developing infrastructure solutions for global customers.

This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, engineers, and external vendors during the preparation of commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and analyze presales requests from Sales Manager

• Clarify requirements and solution details with Sales Manager and customer when needed

• Develop infrastructure solutions independently, involving Engineering or other teams when required

• Hand over finalized solutions to Sales Manager for commercial processing

Requirements

• Solid understanding of telco networks and datacenter operations

• Ability to design and explain infrastructure solutions

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests in parallel

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Comfortable working in an international environment
