Presales Specialist (Junior / Middle)

We are looking for a Presales Specialist (Junior / Middle) who will be responsible for coordinating technical and operational presales activities for global clients 🌍
This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, engineers, and external vendors during the preparation of commercial proposals.

🔧 Key responsibilities

• Supporting sales managers during the presales stage
• Analyzing customer requirements and assessing feasibility, delivery options, and timelines
• Coordinating presales requests with internal teams (Sales, Engineering)
• Interacting with external vendors (telecom operators, data centers, technical partners)
• Tracking feasibility confirmations, delivery options, and responses from vendors
• Verifying the accuracy of technical parameters included in commercial proposals
• Ensuring consistency of assumptions, constraints, and dependencies within offers
• Maintaining up-to-date information on presales requests
• Providing technical clarifications to support the preparation of commercial proposals
• Identifying risks and non-standard conditions at the presales stage
• Analyzing presales processes and proposing improvements

🧠 Requirements

• Experience in presales, sales support, service delivery, or technical coordination is a plus but not required
• Ability to manage multiple presales requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
• Independence and accountability in work
• Willingness to work with international teams and vendors across different time zones
• Confident English proficiency — both written and spoken

• Basic knowledge of networking technologies (IP/MPLS, L2, cross-connect)
• Experience working with Tier-1 / Tier-2 telecom operators or data centers
