PPC Specialist ( Google Ads)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven PPC Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management and performance analysis.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve user acquisition and performance targets.
  • Manage search, display, video, performance max, and remarketing campaigns to ensure efficiency and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page recommendations that drive conversions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (Conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain competitive campaign performance.

Google Ads Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Manage bidding strategies and campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Implement remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates and user acquisition.
  • Ensure campaigns follow Google Ads policies and best practices.

Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization areas.
  • Track and evaluate key performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven decision-making.
  • Use analytics tools to measure user behavior and campaign impact.

Budget Management

  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently while achieving performance objectives.
  • Continuously assess cost efficiency and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor spend pacing and budget allocation across campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC, performance marketing, or digital advertising with a strong focus on Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Google Ads certification is considered a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum B1 level), both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the sports betting and casino industry is considered an advantage.
