Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition. This person will be responsible for planning, launching and optimizing campaigns with clear ownership over performance metrics.

This is a high-accountability role. You will not only manage campaigns, but also contribute to strategy, testing frameworks, and cross-functional alignment.

Challenges that await you:

• Own campaign execution and performance across multiple ad platforms.

• Monitor and improve core metrics such as CAC, CVR, CTR, and volume

• Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies

• Understand and optimize acquisition based on unit economics and funnel performance

• Identify performance drivers and translate insights into action

• Collaborate closely with creative teams to improve ad effectiveness

• Work with analytics and product teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution

• Proactively surface risks and opportunities

What makes you a great fit:

• Minimum 3 of experience managing paid campaigns

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive measurable growth

• Solid understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and experimentation

• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking

• Clear and direct communicator

• Fluent in English and Spanish is a strong plus

• Ownership mindset, you take responsibility for outcomes

• Ability to operate independently without constant supervision

• Structured problem-solving approach

• Focus on impact over activity

• Experience in fintech or banking.
