Payments Account Manager
Our client, an iGaming operator is looking for a Payments Account Manager to join their team in the Finance department. The chosen candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reconciling payment transactions, ensuring accuracy in the back office, and maintaining communication with payment providers and internal teams. Tasks involve data analysis, commission control, and supporting integrity of payment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor/manage transactions in the back office (BO)
Validate manual, test, and technical transactions
Reconcile transactions with payment system exports
Identify missing deposits/withdrawals
Track and verify payment provider commissions
Communicate with internal/external teams to resolve issues
Monitor balances and ensure timely settlements
Prepare data for top-ups/settlements
Top up test/technical/master accounts
Monitor incoming payments from partners
Manually top up player accounts if automatic processing fails
Requirements:
1+ year experience in financial ops, reconciliation, or payment systems
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Good Russian and English (written & spoken)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, dependable
Experience in iGaming / online gambling
Understanding of Payment Gateways
Familiarity with SQL or BI Tools
