SPH Engineering builds professional drone solutions used in 150+ countries. This role supports our Integrated Systems line: UAV payload integrations for geophysical, hydrographic, and industrial applications.

We’re seeking an energetic SDR to turn a small list of named enterprise accounts into qualified opportunities by running account-based plays: deep research, multi-threaded outreach, and airtight hand-offs to AEs.

What you will do:

●  Own a Tiered Account List across mining/TSF, utilities & wastewater, hydrography/maritime, engineering/consultancies, and geophysics.

●  Build account dossiers: org charts, buying committees, initiatives, current tools, partners, and risk drivers.

●  Craft value hypotheses & plays: align use-cases (drone bathymetry, GPR, magnetometry, methane detection) to account initiatives.

●  Run multi-threaded outreach: thoughtful emails/DMs, targeted calls, and pre-bookings around webinars, events, and proof points (case studies, ROI stories).

●  Design outbound plays and collaborate with the IT on the stack (Sales Navigator; Apollo/ZoomInfo/Lusha; Clay; Lemlist/Heyreach/Expandi; dialer; intent/signals)

●  Qualify with BANT: document problem, impact, stakeholders, timing, and next steps.

●  Own the hand-off: every booked meeting includes discovery notes, stakeholders, mutual next step, and relevant collateral.

●  Operate clean: maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho CRM), enrichment, sequences, and reporting.

About you:

●  2+ years outbound/ABM SDR experience with enterprise/upper-midmarket technical products.

●  Proven record booking VP/C-level meetings from cold, with thoughtful personalization (not volume).

●  Excellent English (C1); French or German is a strong plus.

●  Fluency with and outbound stacks (Clay, Lusha/Apollo/ZoomInfo, Lemlist/Heyreach/Expandi, Sales Navigator, dialers, intent/signals).

●  Research-driven, hypothesis-led, and comfortable mapping complex buying groups.

●  Clear, concise writer who can translate complex tech into business outcomes.
