We believe in the power of design to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. Join us in our pursuit of excellence and be a part of a team that values precision, creativity, and impactful design.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand and Product teams to create product explainers, UI/UX animations, brand videos, and contribute to other exciting projects.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Motion Designer at Sumsub, you will play a key role in shaping our brand and user experience.
Working within cross-functional teams, you'll lead the conceptualisation, execution and delivery of best-in-class motion design projects to elevate our brand and effectively communicate our value through our website, product, and marketing channels.
Using creativity and technical skills to craft exceptional motion graphics for brand and marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, events, presentations, product explainers, etc. that engage and resonate with our audience.
In collaboration with the product design team and other stakeholders, driving the creation of innovative animations to enhance the user experience and raise product awareness for our products.
Translating complex concepts into compelling visual narratives and leading the storyboarding and editing process for internal and external projects with meticulous attention to detail and narrative coherence.
Provide clear ideas and focused direction, working collaboratively with designers, developers and marketers to develop concepts, storyboards and treatments that raise the bar across all our motion projects.
Fostering a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and creative solutions are explored, offering feedback and guidance as needed.
Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Managing workload effectively and delivering to a high standard on time and within budget.
Staying current with emerging trends and technologies in motion design, continually exploring new techniques to enhance project outcomes and push creative boundaries.
Experiment with the latest tools and methods to elevate the quality and impact of our motion design output and champion new ways of working within the function.
About You:
5+ years of hands-on experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in motion projects in commercial environments.
A proactive mindset, a self-starter who doesn’t wait for others to bring ideas, can take a brief to the next level and champion new ways of working within the team.
Able to think big and small, show bold creative ambition, and flex and adapt a creative approach depending on the project’s scale, requirements, and deadlines.
Able to prioritise, manage work and turn around projects on short timelines in a fast-paced work environment.

Able to interrogate the brief and think beyond the script, and sweat the small but important details like grading and sound design that contribute to the flow of the video.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and disciplines.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A creative thinker who can balance a deep sense of collaboration with a strong point of view, and express their ideas through storyboards and visual treatments.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
