ML Engineer (LLM-focused)

We're looking for a driven ML Engineer to help us explore and implement LLM-based solutions across our core products and internal operations. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, building practical, scalable tools powered by the latest in AI research.

Responsibilities

• Research and experiment with emerging LLMs and AI tools to identify valuable use cases.

• Rapidly prototype AI/LLM solutions and evaluate their applicability across different product areas.

• Integrate AI features into client-facing and internal tools, including assistants for B2B and operational automation.

• Share findings and build internal tools, documentation, or guidelines to scale AI adoption across teams.

• Actively contribute to shaping the AI product roadmap and overall strategy.

• Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready, following engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong engineering background and hands-on experience building real-world AI-powered features.

• Proven experience with Python (or Go / JVM-based languages).

• Experience working with classical ML models and/or LLMs.

• Ability to quickly prototype and test ideas using modern LLM stacks.

• Understanding of prompt engineering and common architectural patterns for building AI assistants.

• Familiarity with SDLC in product teams and the ability to integrate your work into CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working with tools like PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Strong curiosity and passion for staying up-to-date with AI/ML trends and applying them in real scenarios.
