ML Engineer

We are looking for an ML engineer who:

– Has experience across multiple ML domains

– Is an expert in at least one area (classical ML, RAG, NLP, CV, etc.)

– Can mentor and support junior teammates

– Aspires to lead a team or department in the future

💼 Responsibilities:

– Develop and deploy ML models and solutions of varying complexity

– Mentor and support junior ML specialists

– Contribute to ML product architecture and design

– Conduct experiments, optimize models, and implement best practices

– Support ML strategy and presales/project discussions

🎯 Requirements:

– 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning

– Expertise in at least one area and broad knowledge of other ML domains

– Strong mentorship, communication, and collaboration skills

– Experience with ML platforms and tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, MLflow, LangChain…)

– Ability to design and implement ML processes in product development

– Excellent spoken English (B2 or higher)
