Marketing Project Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to orchestrate our marketing campaigns — the one who keeps everything and everyone moving in the same direction. This role exists to make complex, cross-team projects actually happen, from planning to launch (making sure nothing planned gets lost along the way).
The ideal candidate is experienced in running integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating multiple teams and partners, and keeping projects on track with clear timelines and follow-ups.
If you want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup, work on award-winning campaigns with celebrity and top creators, and make a real difference for women’s health at scale, join us!
Requirements
2+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign management, or a similar coordination role
Proven experience running cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management skills (you love lists, timelines, and clarity)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English is required)
Experience coordinating 3+ external vendors or partners (agencies, vendors, talent teams, production)
Ability to work independently and take ownership without constant supervision
Experience in startups, agencies, or fast-paced marketing teams is a plus
Experience managing campaign execution budgets of $100K+
Strong plus: If you have experience working on celebrity, talent-led, or high-profile brand campaigns
Responsibilities
Own the execution of complex, cross-team marketing campaigns from kickoff to results collection
Based on the campaign strategy, build and manage timelines, task lists, and milestones — making sure nothing planned gets dropped in the middle
Coordinate work across PR, content, social, influencers, leadership, and external partners
Track deliverables and follow up until things are actually done (not just “discussed”)
Keep weekly status updates clear and up to date for transparency
Identify risks early and help unblock teams when things get stuck
Be the main point of contact for campaign operations (internal teams + agencies + talent managers + vendors); help with organization of the campaign-related shoots, events, and production needs.
Prepare regular campaign status reports and post-campaign summaries for stakeholders
Help improve campaign processes so each launch runs smoother than the last
Benefits
Join one of the fastest-growing femtech companies in the U.S., driven by a strong mission to advance women’s health and expand access to care
Be part of a passionate, highly motivated, and international team dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where your work directly impacts company growth, strategy, and key decisions
Enjoy real opportunities for career growth, with the ability to shape, build, and develop teams as we scale
Work in a flexible, fully remote environment that supports autonomy, ownership, and independence
Receive a competitive salary along with a performance-based bonus system tied to OKRs
