Project Manager
For Bullet Echo, we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the core development team and coordinate all related sub-projects and partnerships.
This role is not about tracking tasks.
It’s about driving execution, aligning people, and ensuring the team delivers what truly impacts the business.
What You'll Do
Own planning, coordination, and delivery tracking across the development team
Maintain a clear picture of what's in progress, what's at risk, and what's blocked - and act on it
Manage cross-team dependencies between Core, LiveOps, and external partners
Drive release planning: coordinate timelines, flag risks, ensure readiness
Run structured team rituals (planning sessions, retrospectives, syncs) - keeping them lean and useful
Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
Support team leads with people coordination when needed - without stepping on their authority
What We're Looking For
Experience in game development project management - you understand how game teams work, not just how projects work in theory
Proven track record managing cross-functional teams of 20+ people in a live product environment
Strong process instincts - you know when to add structure and when to stay out of the way
Autonomous and proactive - you find problems before they find you
Clear communicator with strong stakeholder alignment skills
Comfortable working horizontally - your authority comes from competence, not org chart
Nice to have
Familiarity with live service operations and release coordination
Why this role is interesting
High level of ownership and real impact on product outcomes
Opportunity to work on a successful live game with an established player base and real business impact
A role that values judgment over bureaucracy — focusing on meaningful processes rather than formalities
