Junior User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a proactive User Acquisition Manager (Facebook) to drive performance marketing for our EdTech products. The role is focused on creative testing, automation, and close collaboration with creative and engineering teams

What You’ll Do:

• Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for subscription-based products

• Own the creative testing process: hypothesis generation, setup, analysis, and scaling

• Monitor and improve UA processes, workflows, and automation

• Collaborate closely with creative, engineering, and analytics teams

• Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI

• Maintain internal documentation (processes, tasks, briefs)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in User Acquisition with Facebook Ads

• Experience with subscription-based products

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

• Experience managing significant budgets ($1M+/month is a plus)

• Experience with attribution and analytics tools

• Proficiency in Excel

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation tools and workflow optimization

• Experience working with engineers on marketing automation

• Understanding of creative production and testing frameworks
