Junior ASO Manager

We’re looking for a motivated Junior ASO Manager to join our growing team and help drive the visibility and performance of our games across various app stores.
This position is perfect for someone with a basic understanding of ASO and a strong desire to develop practical skills in a product-oriented environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze keywords, metadata, app descriptions, and other factors to optimize app store rankings (App Store, Google Play, etc.)

• Conduct A/B testing for marketing creatives

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing results of ASO strategies using analytics and reporting tools

• Learn and apply ASO best practices and emerging trends to optimize processes and achieve department goals

• Collaborate with development, marketing, and product teams to align ASO strategies with business objectives

• Develop creative briefs and manage ASO asset production (icons, screenshots, feature graphics, etc.)

• Develop custom store flows and optimize CPP/CSL strategies 

Requirements: 

• Some experience in ASO or a related internship. We’re open to candidates who are just starting out, including those who have completed relevant courses and are eager to apply their knowledge

• Basic understanding of ASO principles and its tools (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, etc.)

• Experience in testing marketing creatives

• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make decisions

• Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams

• English language proficiency at a level sufficient to read and analyze international data and trends
   

Will be a plus: 

• Experience with AI: ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E
