Cardoo is an international Series A fintech startup reinventing the rental industry. We help partners increase margins and conversion, while giving customers a smooth, modern deposit-free experience.

We’re already a steady business operating across MENA and Europe — and scaling toward 5–10x growth over the next 18 months. What you’ll own

• End-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution

• Product discovery and decision-making grounded in data and user insight

• Close collaboration with engineering and business leadership

• Building and scaling the product function and processes

• Expanding the platform into new markets

The Role

We’re looking for a senior product leader who:

• thinks in systems and business models, not just features

• understands how product, data, revenue, and go-to-market connect

• is comfortable operating in complexity and ambiguity

• can balance user needs, business goals, and delivery realities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product managementб

• 2+ years in fintech, marketplaces, proptech, insurtech, or platform/infrastructure products, ideally in fast-growing / dynamic multi-market environments

• 2+ years leading product teams or product functions

• Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problem spaces and make clear decisions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent Russian and English
