We are looking for a Head of Office Management who will join our team in Limassol office.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the workplace strategy in line with company goals. Translate strategy into executable plans, internal roadmaps, programs, and initiatives.
- Lead, support, and develop the office management teams — Office Experience and Office Facilities — setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
- Work closely with key stakeholders in HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless operations and effective collaboration.
- Optimize office management processes and efficiency based on data, metrics, and other insights.
- Design and drive workplace initiatives that improve the employee experience, well-being, and overall satisfaction.
- Lead major workplace projects, including the construction, design, and launch of new offices and the company’s future campus.
- Own and manage the workplace budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and ongoing performance oversight.
- Promote ergonomic and sustainable workplace practices.
Job requirements
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior office management role, with a proven track record of leading large teams (30+ people) and delivering impactful workplace improvements within mid- to large-scale organizations (800+ employees).
- Strong expertise in change management, with the ability to solve complex challenges and make data-informed, strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Solid knowledge of workplace compliance, procurement, and Health & Safety (H&S) standards.
- Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to build workplace strategy and drive measurable impact.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Qualification that can be a plus:
- Experience opening new offices.
- Background in employee experience/hospitality, showing a people-first approach.
- Exposure to tech-driven workplace solutions (IoT, smart building systems, workplace analytics).
- Fluent English is required; Greek and Russian are strong pluses.
