Head of Creative Production
Responsibilities
Manage a team of 4 design leads (each overseeing 3-4 designers) and 2 creative producers;
Develop and implement the creative strategy for promoting the application portfolio;
Manage and coordinate content production;
Work with advertising hypotheses, conduct market and competitor research to identify effective approaches and creative solutions;
Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, etc.) of advertising creatives;
Coordinate collaboration with cross-functional teams, marketing teams (marketing designer, user acquisition), product, and content departments to create a cohesive creative strategy;
Implement innovative technologies and new approaches in creative production to increase campaign effectiveness and production speed;
Optimize and automate processes.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in creative and producer roles;
Understanding of digital environment principles and processes such as User Acquisition (UA);
Ability to analyze and interpret data: experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.);
Experience with tools for A/B testing creatives and drawing conclusions based on the data;
Ability to generate ideas and hypotheses for testing aimed at improving conversion;
Collaboration with marketing (marketing designer, user acquisition), product, and content departments to create a cohesive creative strategy;
Excellent presentation and argumentation skills for presenting solutions and findings to various stakeholders;
Ability to deeply analyze market trends and competitor behavior, formulating insights to improve advertising strategies;
Understanding the value of various tools and approaches in the context of improving creative effectiveness;
Experience in developing and implementing a creative strategy for promoting an application portfolio;
Experience in creating and implementing creative solutions for user acquisition campaigns across various channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.);
Experience in conducting process audits, identifying opportunities for production optimization, and streamlining processes to increase production speed and quality;
Experience in implementing a performance-oriented approach: setting goals, metrics, providing regular feedback, and developing employees;
Experience in reorganizing creative processes and implementing systemic changes;
Understanding of modern automation tools (including GenAI for creative and production) and the ability to adapt them to team needs;
Knowledge of tools that accelerate and scale production (asset systems, prompt flows, automated pipelines for video/static content).
