Head of Computer Vision

Must-haves:
5+ years leading ML/AI teams at product companies with strategic decision-making experience
Deep Computer Vision + Diffusion/GenAI expertise with hands-on large model training
Foundational model training experience - billion+ parameter models end-to-end
Team scaling experience - 8+ people, proven hiring and mentorship track record
Cross-functional collaboration - can work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
Technical depth for mentorship - spot code issues, debug training failures, analyse performance bottlenecks, and guide ICs through complex technical challenges
Leadership style:
