Head of Casino

Responsibilities:
• Full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the online casino.
• Development and execution of the casino vertical growth strategy.
• P&L management, driving revenue growth, improving margins, and increasing player LTV.
• Managing relationships with game providers: negotiations, contracts, portfolio management, and exclusives.
• Optimization of the game portfolio, bonus policy, and RTP.
• Collaboration with marketing, product, CRM, analytics, and anti-fraud teams.
• Launching new markets, products, and gaming mechanics.
• Market, competitor, and iGaming trend analysis.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of casino metrics and product economics.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in scaling products and entering new markets.
• Strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Experience in Tier-1 markets.
