  • Ability to deconstruct external references, including technical solutions and design systems

  • Experience analyzing user UX behavior

  • Understanding how game engines work and the ability to navigate their interfaces

  • Strong expertise in midcore and hardcore game genres such as shooters, racing simulators, and third person action games, including experience tuning and polishing 3 °C systems (character, controls, camera) and interaction physics

  • Native Russian language

Additionally, it would be great to have:

  • Experience with Unity, including confidence navigating the interface, understanding the difference between Game Objects and Scriptable Objects, and basic knowledge of animation systems

  • Technical background with basic programming skills

  • Experience working under technical constraints, including network, CPU, RAM, and mobile optimization limits

  • Experience with R& D and prototyping, including building research processes and validating hypotheses

  • English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation fluently

What you will be doing:

  • Feature ownership for around seventy percent of the role, including supporting feature production, task decomposition, answering team questions, and reviewing results

  • Participating in R& D by helping build prototypes in a Game Designer role, exploring best solutions, and breaking down external projects

  • Discovery work focused on identifying growth opportunities and proposing features to improve the core gameplay experience

  • Game design documentation, including creating and maintaining technical specifications, prototype plans, and R& D plans
