Feature Manager

Responsibilities:

• Minimise cycle time: track and optimise the time from idea to production rollout. Identify and remove delivery bottlenecks using best practices

• Coordinate cross-functional teams: collaborate with developers, QA, designers, analysts, and DevOps to ensure smooth and synchronised feature releases

• Maintain status visibility: keep feature statuses up to date in task trackers, share updates in Teams, and participate in regular daily/weekly syncs

• Manage features as projects: oversee each feature from backlog and scoping through delivery and post-release analysis. Prioritise tasks and manage sprints

We expect you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Feature Manager / Delivery Manager / Project Manager) in GameDev or iGaming

• Experience managing multiple parallel feature deliveries

• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), task tracking tools and feature flag systems, CI/CD basics and release processes

• Soft skills: strong coordination and stakeholder management, ability to monitor progress and highlight risks early, proactive, structured approach with attention to detail

• English at B1 level, Russian at B2 level
