Director of Analytics
We need a Director of Analytics who will establish the process of analytics in the company and help increase product metrics. You will have a team of analysts, but we highly value people who not only come to manage, but also know how and love to work hands-on.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a 10+ person analytics team, including analysts, researchers and data engineers. 
- Partner with product, compliance, marketing, and executive teams to shape product and business strategy through data. 
- Drive end-to-end product and data analytics: from defining success metrics and experiment design to impact tracking and stakeholder communication. 
- Build a culture of hypothesis-driven decision-making and structured insight generation 
- Ensure our analytical infrastructure enables fast and reliable decision-making at scale. 
- Actively identify growth levers, risks, and strategic opportunities across the product. 
Requirements:
- Proven leadership in hiring, mentoring, and scaling 10+ person analytics orgs. 
- Deep proficiency in SQL (esp. ClickHouse) and Python, with experience using modern BI tools. 
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure principles; experience working with or managing data engineering teams. 
- Experience applying ML in real-world settings, ideally for fraud detection, compliance automation, or marketing. 
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and Web3 fundamentals. 
- Strategic thinker: you’re not just answering questions, you’re helping define them - and influencing roadmap and priorities. 
- Strong communication skills: able to simplify complexity and ask the hard questions at the exec table. 
- Fluent in English and Russian (C1+), with the ability to operate cross-functionally in a bilingual environment. 
- Experience in high-growth environments or startups is a plus.
