The Solutions Architect & Technical Account Manager is a trusted strategic partner for clients looking to scale with confidence. For this reason, we are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous DevOps Engineer with strong communication skills.

This role involves an equal split between pre-sales and solution architecture activities (50%) and account management responsibilities (50%) on a full-time basis.

Goals

  3. Supporting pre-sales and helping win new clients

From day one

We will introduce you to the company structure, processes, and needs. We will explain our Whys and Whats. You will join calls with our leads and current clients to get a glimpse of our Hows, and then reflect together on the What Ifs.

Over time, you will become a strategic consultant for both existing and new clients—able to build strong relationships, balance both the client and company perspectives, and bring excellent technical expertise when needed.

We expect you to act proactively and strategically in the following fields:

Competences

Technical

  • Strong DevOps 10+ years of experience engineering background (cloud, K8s, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, security)

  • Experience designing architectures and presenting system diagrams

  • Ability to perform deep technical discovery and gap analysis

  • Comfortable writing clear technical documents and plans

  • Optional but valuable: freelance consulting or prior solutions architecture experience

Interpersonal / Leadership

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to build trust quickly and deeply

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

  • Confidence to lead client conversations and ask challenging questions

  • Ability to give clear, structured advice that simplifies complex issues
