The Solutions Architect & Technical Account Manager is a trusted strategic partner for clients looking to scale with confidence. For this reason, we are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous DevOps Engineer with strong communication skills.
This role involves an equal split between pre-sales and solution architecture activities (50%) and account management responsibilities (50%) on a full-time basis.

Over time, you will become a strategic consultant for both existing and new clients—able to build strong relationships, balance both the client and company perspectives, and bring excellent technical expertise when needed.

Strong DevOps 10+ years of experience engineering background (cloud, K8s, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, security)
Experience designing architectures and presenting system diagrams
Ability to perform deep technical discovery and gap analysis
Comfortable writing clear technical documents and plans
Optional but valuable: freelance consulting or prior solutions architecture experience

Exceptional communication skills
Ability to build trust quickly and deeply
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Confidence to lead client conversations and ask challenging questions
Ability to give clear, structured advice that simplifies complex issues
