Data Scientist

We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to develop advanced ML models and implement innovative AI solutions to solve complex business challenges across our gaming and advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ML models: recommendation, predictive, uplift

• Apply visual embeddings of images and videos in applied tasks (e.g., creative evaluation, clustering, ranking)

• Work with marketing and product data: LTV, engagement, churn

• Build and maintain ML pipelines using Airflow, MLflow, Docker

• Contribute to defining the strategic direction of ML practice

• Initiate research tracks and launch MVPs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in applied Data Science

• Strong proficiency in Python (sklearn, pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.)

• Solid SQL skills; experience with ClickHouse is a plus

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

• Practical knowledge of ML infrastructure (MLflow, Airflow, Docker)

• Ability to work end-to-end: from idea to production

• Experience or strong interest in models for recommendation, uplift modeling, visual embeddings, and marketing prediction

• Ability to strengthen the team not just through execution, but also through strategic thinking

Nice to Have

• Experience in game development, advertising, or e-commerce

• Data visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

• Understanding of product analytics and business metrics

• Experience working with multimodal data

• Skills in documentation and knowledge transfer within the team
