CRM Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple clients. This role focuses on driving user engagement, reactivation, and revenue through data-driven communication and lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and launch CRM campaigns across channels (Email, SMS, and in the future WhatsApp, Discord, etc.)
Manage end-to-end campaign execution: segmentation, content, scheduling, and delivery
Test campaign flows and ensure smooth user journeys (click → interaction → reward)
Prepare campaign content, including copy and localization for different GEOs
Analyze campaign performance (CTR, reactivation, deposits, etc.) and continuously optimize results
Build and maintain campaign calendars across multiple clients
Set up and manage gamified campaigns (mini apps, drops, contests, challenges in Telegram bot)
Work closely with product and tech teams to improve campaign performance and user experience
Identify growth opportunities and propose new CRM strategies and mechanics
Requirements
2+ years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing / Retention Marketing
Experience with CRM tools
Strong understanding of segmentation, user behavior, and campaign logic
Experience working with multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS; messengers is a plus)
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
English language
