Product Marketing Manager
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for a strategic and market-oriented professional to lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives across our iGaming solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive product awareness, strengthen market differentiation, and support business growth across global markets.
Purpose of the role:
You will drive and strengthen SOFTSWISS products positioning, awareness, and marketing-led sales across global markets.
This role combines strategic product marketing with hands-on execution across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will own product awareness growth and support marketing contributions to lead generation and sales performance through positioning development, go-to-market initiatives, and product communication strategies.
You will also manage complex marketing projects end-to-end — from positioning and campaign concepts to cross-functional coordination, launch, execution, and performance analysis — while strengthening how SOFTSWISS products are perceived by clients, partners, and the wider iGaming community.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and execute global product marketing initiatives across multiple markets and communication channels
Own end-to-end project management of complex marketing initiatives — from strategic planning and messaging development to launch and post-campaign analysis
Develop and implement product positioning, messaging frameworks, communication strategies, USP, and competitive differentiation points aligned with business goals
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based communication plans, including priorities, objectives, key messages, target regions, and communication channels
Define and maintain product positioning, target audience profiles, consumer insights, competitive differentiators, and key messaging
Support go-to-market launches, strategic business initiatives, and product expansion activities
Coordinate and execute integrated product marketing campaigns in close cross-functional collaboration
Create and oversee development of marketing and sales materials, including product presentations, commercial proposals, one-pagers, key visuals, banners, landing pages, case studies, and other collateral
Participate in production and coordination of video content supporting product promotion
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, BizDev, Brand Marketing, PR, Design, Content, Digital, and Regional Marketing teams
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts related to exhibitions, sponsorships, industry events, and awards
Monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and initiate optimization activities
Continuously analyze competitors, market trends, customer insights, and industry developments
Support budget planning, allocation, and optimization
Maintain project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication alignment
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing, or related roles
3+ years of experience in B2B tech product marketing across multiple communication channels
Strong project management expertise with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of product positioning, communication strategy, GTM, and integrated marketing
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced international environments
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
Excellent prioritization, collaboration, and organizational skills
Proactive mindset, high ownership, and problem-solving approach
English proficiency — Advanced
Russian proficiency — Advanced
Nice to have:
Experience working with regulated markets, iGaming, SaaS, fintech, or digital products
Experience supporting product launches, GTM strategy, and demand generation initiatives
Experience with product repositioning or international market expansion projects
Experience managing agencies, creative production, and external vendors
Understanding of product performance metrics and marketing analytics
